The Board is composed of seven Commissioners appointed to five year terms of office by the Mayors of the Cities of Champaign and Urbana (five members), the County Board Chairman (one member) and the Resident Advisory Board (one member).  Each member volunteers his/her time to serve by preparing for and attending a monthly board meeting.  Meetings are normally held at the Administration Building, 205 W. Park Ave., Champaign, IL, on the fourth Thursday of every month at 3:00 PM.  

Each member brings his and/or her own expertise to the Board to better serve the residents of the Authority and to make the HACC  an asset to Champaign County.
