The Housing Authority offers Homeownership Opportunities to existing program participants that have met all requirements under the MTW Local Self-Sufficiency Program and can otherwise qualify for a private home mortgage. HACC will determine on an annual basis the amount of funds that will be allocated to the Homeownership Program. Eligible households will be placed on a homeownership waiting list based on the date that they receive final underwriting approval from the corresponding lender.

If you are an existing HACC participant and are interested in homeownership, contact your Local Self-Sufficiency Case Worker to apply for the homeownership programs.
