Bristol Place Residences Waiting List Opening Soon
Public Notice is hereby given that Crestline Management will open the waitlist for the Bristol Place Residences Property. This development is a public/private partnership between the City of Champaign, The Housing Authority of Champaign County, and AHDVS, a for-profit developer.
Preliminary applications will be accepted for one day only on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 from 12:01 a.m. - 11:59 p.m.
*Bristol Place Relocated Residents Only: Previous residents of Bristol Place have the "First Right of Return" to the new development. If you were a resident who was relocated as a part of the Bristol Place Relocation, you do not need to apply through this application process. If you have questions or wish to live in the new development, please contact any of the following: Crestline Management, Joya Taylor at 217-693-7673; City of Champaign, Jean Algee at 217-403-7070; or HACC, Office of Constituent Services by email. First Right of Return will have priority over other applicants until all units are occupied. Once the development is fully occupied, the First Right of Return is null and void.
