HCV Waiting List Opening Soon
Public Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC) will open its Housing Choice Voucher program waiting list lottery to accept preliminary applications on Monday, June 17, 2019, at 12:01 a.m. The waiting list will remain open until Sunday, June 30, 2019, at 11:59 p.m.The preliminary waitlist application is available online only at www.hacc.net
No paper applications will be accepted at HACC administrative offices.
Required Information
- A valid mailing address.
- Names & Birth-dates of all household members.
- Household gross income.
How to Apply
- Visit www.hacc.net.
- Select "Housing" on the navigation bar.
- Select "Apply for Housing".
Lottery System
Due to limited funding availability, not all pre-applicants will be placed on the waitlist. 1,500 pre-applications will be selected using a random lottery system. After the completion of the pre-application, applicants will be assigned a lottery number. Winning lottery numbers will be notified no later than July 31st, 2019. Please document the confirmation of your application for your personal records.
Reasonable Accommodations

You must include your name and address in your request.
