Leasing Begins at Bristol Place Residences

KMG Prestige and Lamoine Property Management are now setting appointments to begin the application process. Interested applicants need to request to be on the wait list by completing the online family wait list form by clicking here or by calling KMG Prestige at 217.800.4988. The family wait list form can be completed by telephone if needed. Applications will be processed according to the date and time received. Former Bristol residents that meet the development's tenant selection criteria for lease approval have been offered the first opportunity to return to the neighborhood.

The neighborhood, located at the corner of Bradley and Market in Champaign, will feature 64 single-family homes, 26 townhome units and a Community Building. This development is the result of a public/private partnership between the City of Champaign, the Housing Authority of Champaign County, and AHDVS, LLC (developer).
