Pinewood Place is a new construction 24-unit one bedroom development that will provide permanent supportive housing for individuals with special needs. Preference will be provided to mentally, developmentally, and physically disabled individuals with no income who are pending approval of Social Security benefits.
Amenities include:
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Dishwasher and microwave
- Stove and refrigerator
- On-site office for case management services
- Community room with computer stations
- Community kitchen
